What's your call-out charge for emergencies?
Emergency call-outs are charged at £85 during standard hours. Out-of-hours call-outs are £150, and bank holiday call-outs are £245. These fees cover our rapid response and expertise when you need us most.
Do you offer payment plans?
We currently do not offer formal payment plans. However, we do accept credit card payments, which can provide flexibility with your own payment arrangements.

What boiler brands do you install?
We install all major boiler brands and generally recommend Baxi and Viessmann for their reliability and warranties. However, we respect your preferences and will install the specific brand you choose.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 12-month guarantee on all workmanship. This includes both our labour and any materials we supply. This ensures your peace of mind following completion of your project.
How often should I service my boiler?
We recommend annual boiler servicing to maintain efficiency, safety, and warranty compliance. We offer a convenient reminder service via email so you never miss your service date.
Can you help with my current boiler/radiators?

Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. We are fully Gas Safe registered under number 526523, which you can verify on the official Gas Safe website. All our engineers carry current Gas Safe certification and ID, which we're happy to show on arrival.

Yes. If you rent your property, an annual gas safety certificate is a legal requirement. We can provide this certification during a boiler service or dedicated inspection visit.

We offer two service options. Our standard service includes a thorough inspection, internal cleaning, and identification of any minor issues before they become major problems. Our comprehensive service includes a full strip-down of the heat exchanger with internal cleaning and flushing, which we recommend every five years for optimal performance.
